Delta’s partnership with the Motion Picture Television Fund (MPTF) includes employee volunteer efforts and sponsorship support of the foundation’s fundraising events, including “The Evening Before” and “The Night Before,” which brings together Hollywood’s film and TV talent to raise money and awareness for MPTF’s mission. Delta also partners with MPTF for an emergency assistance travel program for members of the Hollywood community and their families.
Delta was a presenting sponsor of MPTF's Night Before the Oscares benefit in Los Angeles, which draws 7-- A-list celebrities, producers, directors and industry executives together to raise funds for MPTF. Delta's activation consisted of Delta custom "Suitcase Flyaway" video game where high scorers could win flights to key destinations from LAX, Sky Club memberships, and tickets to see the LA Lakers and LA Kings. The event raised $5.2 million for MPTF programming.
