• Beginning Tuesday, November 24, travelers wishing to bypass the 10-day mandatory quarantine must have their negative COVID-19 test results – from a trusted testing partner – prior to departure for Oahu, Maui and Big Island. If test results are not available before boarding the final leg of the trip, the traveler must quarantine for 10 days or the length of the stay, whichever is shorter
• Additional restrictions may apply to inter-island travel
• Complete the online travel and health questionnaire before departure. The application can be found at https://travel.hawaii.gov, opens in a new window
• A face covering/mask must be worn by everyone (Residents and Visitors) in public

Lanai and Maui Destination overall ÖFFNEN •Effective January 19, Maui County requires all arriving passengers (18 yrs and older) to have uploaded the contact tracing AlohaSafe COVID-19 exposure app or other Google-Apple exposure notification (GAEN) system to their mobile phones prior to arrival. https://www.alohasafealert.org/
At least one individual in the traveling party will be required to comply. Failure to do so will result in a mandatory 10-day quarantine.
• Inter-county passengers must now have their negative test results prior to arrival to Maui or Lanai, or they will be submitted to the 10-day quarantine or the duration of their stay, whichever is shorter.
