Delta Vacations strives to create an environment that encourages employee authenticity, prohibits discrimination of any kind, actively roots out unconscious bias within policies, procedures and interactions, while actively embracing all internal team members and external customers.

In addition to establishing a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, we are implementing strategies that focus on diversity and inclusion as a long-term priority with the goal of becoming a more inclusive brand, both internally and externally. Our aim is to build a sense of belonging by resonating with our people, travel advisors and travelers from all backgrounds through thoughtful and respectful content.
