Mit Delta Vacations für den Medallion-Status sammeln – Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

• SkyMiles Members will earn one (1) MQD per US$1 of the Total Package Price for every completed Delta Vacations package when booked through Delta Vacations online, via Delta Vacation’s Customer Engagement Center, or through an authorized travel advisor. “Total Package Price” means the total value of the package in USD spent on Eligible Flights, base hotel rental rate, base car rental rate, car transfer rate, cost of activities booked, but excluding taxes, fees, insurance, room service, other booking charges, amounts paid directly to the hotel, car or activity provider, or any element of the booking which is paid or reduced by vouchers or discount codes. “Eligible Flights” means Delta-marketed flights in Delta Main or above (flight numbers that include the “DL” airline code), flights marketed by Core Global Airline Partners that have a Delta ticket number (ticket number beginning with “006”) and SkyTeam-marketed flights operated by a SkyTeam member airline that have a Delta ticket number (ticket number beginning with “006”), in each case which is booked through Delta Vacations direct via our Customer Engagement Center, or through an authorized travel advisor. • SkyMiles-Mitglieder erhalten MQD wie folgt:
  • Alle in der Buchung von Delta Vacations aufgeführten Passagiere sammeln für den Fluganteil des Pakets auf folgender Grundlage:
    •  Flugoption 1: If the sum of all passengers’ Exception Fares is greater than or equal to the Total Package Price, then the number of flight MQDs earned by each passenger = (Total Package Price / total # of passengers on the booking itinerary)
    • Flight Option #2: If the sum of all passengers’ Exception Fares is less than the Total Package Price, then the number of flight MQDs earned by each passenger = MQD’s for such passenger’s flight calculated using the Exception Fare policy.

• Wenn ein SkyMiles-Mitglied ein Delta Urlaubs-Pauschalangebot mit Meilen bezahlt, gilt die oben aufgeführte Berechnung nicht. Stattdessen erhalten Mitglieder, die mit Meilen bezahlen, 1 Medallion Qualification Dollar für jeweils 100 Delta-Meilen, die sie bei einer Delta Vacations-Buchung einlösen. • Diese Berechnung gilt nicht für Pakete für 8 oder mehr Personen („Gruppenpakete“). Bei Gruppenpaketen sammelt jeder Passagier nur MQD für den Fluganteil des Pakets, soweit Richtlinien für Ausnahmetarife dies zulassen.

• Grundsätzlich hängt die Gutschrift von MQD und Meilen auf das Konto eines SkyMiles-Mitglieds davon ab, wann Delta Informationen im Zusammenhang mit dem anrechenbaren Kauf erhält. Es kann zu bis 8 Wochen nach Abschluss eines von Delta vermarkteten Fluges und bis zu 8 Wochen nach Abschluss einer berechtigten Mietwagen-Buchung oder eines Hotelaufenthalts dauern, bis Delta Vacations-Meilen und Medallion Qualification Dollars dem SkyMiles-Konto gutgeschrieben werden.
