In addition to a refund request for your unused ticket, you can request reimbursement for incurred expenses or monetary compensation if you've experienced any of the below trip disruptions:
- If you were involuntarily placed in a lower class of service than originally purchased
- If your flight was canceled
- If your flight was delayed more than 8 hours
- If your flight's scheduled departure moved forward more than 8 hours
- If your flight was overbooked and you were involuntarily denied boarding

You may request a refund for any unused portion of your ticket if you've experienced any of the below trip disruptions and you chose to receive a refund instead of an alternative flight:
- If your flight was canceled
- If your flight was delayed for more than 8 hours
- If your flight's scheduled departure moved forward more than 8 hours
- If your flight was overbooked and you were involuntarily denied boarding

- 7 business days for credit or debit purchases
- 20 business days for cash or check purchases
Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your refund to be displayed on printed statements. International refund may take longer due to local banking procedures.
